Dawn Steeves is a visual artist based in Fredericton, New Brunswick with a background in fibre arts, graphic design, printmaking, painting and drawing.

Dawn has shown work at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery and was awarded a creation grant in 2019 and a career development grant in 2020 from the New Brunswick Arts Board—ArtsNB.

Dawn is currently working in oil paint and mixed media, practicing portraiture and the human figure while exploring both physical and ideological relationship humans have with the natural world and the ubiquitous structure that we impose upon it.
